I recently interviewed for a position with Npower.org to teach computers to a group of young men and women who have been identified as "underprivileged" and i wanted to discuss why during the interview i said i won't be teaching "underprivileged" students I will be teaching students. When i was in high school I used to teach a young man by the name of Jamal in Math.

There is a lot we can learn from a friend of mine. His name is Christopher Koehs and i met him at the Congressional Black Caucus the summer of 2007. The man is the epitome of progress and reminded me of the whites who fought along side blacks in the civil rights movement. He went to Morehouse College and now is at Kwazulu Natal doing grassroots.
