Court upholds federal abortion ban

This is terrible. No surprises though. Robert, Alito, Thomas, and Scalia have never been friends to women's rights.
So-called partial birth abortion is a medical myth and there is no such procedure that doctors use. There are certain cases where a woman's right may be in danger where this ban leaves NO room to guarantee protection for a woman's health.
Most of all, this new O'Connor-less court is undermining Stenberg and Roe.
Shaking my head. But i'm not really surprised. Thomas, Scalia, Roberts, and Alito lack compassion for women.
