I agree, stories like this clog up too much of our news time and are a poor reflection of our society.

Pastor Ted Haggard, recently emerged from 3 weeks of gay "rehab", now reportedly convinced that he is "completely heterosexual."

Tim Russert testifying at the Scooter Libby trial, "My personal policy is always off the record when talking to government officials unless specified." So Russert's first priority is protecting his access to high level officials, not his journalistic duty of keeping the public informed.
