Our Programs

YP4's programs connect talented young progressive leaders across the country with each other and with organizations to network, share ideas, and learn valuable skills so they can create long-term change on the issues that matter to them most.

The yearlong fellowship provides college students and young adults with funding for action plans to tackle issues of their choosing.

Our senior fellowship offers opportunities for young leaders to learn by doing — such as paid internships with organizations of their choice, paid positions on the Little Black Book Editorial Board, continued support for Blueprint for Social Justice projects as well as the opportunity to join our Intergenerational Network.

The Leadership Academy is a dynamic 10-month program for young professionals beginning their careers at progressive organizations across the country, providing them leadership development trainings in organizational management and personal ecology over the course of three week-long retreats.

The Front Line Leaders Academy provides prospective candidates and campaign leaders the ability to learn from successful political campaign professionals. Fellows selected to this elite academy receive trainings on how to be an effective candidate, campaign manager, finance director, communication director and field organizer.
