The Young People For fellowship is a leadership development program focusing on identifying, engaging and empowering young progressive leaders. The one-year fellowship equips college students with the skills and resources necessary to create lasting change on their campuses and in their communities.

Learn about 2015-2016 Fellowship program today! Partners, allies, alumni, professors, and faculty: we are also taking nominations for our 2015-2016 Fellowship Class. The deadline is February 7th.

See what our fellows are working on: check out our most recent class's yearbook and Blueprints for Social Justice.

Contact Laura Williamson at lwilliamson@pfaw.org for more information.

Make change today. Throughout the fellowship, you’ll be offered technical support and media assistance while implementing a self-designed Blueprint for Social Justice project.

"I can say that YP4 has provided me the unique opportunity as a tribal college student to work with student leaders nationwide ... they understand the need for Native students to stay in our communities so we can help empower our own community."
